ganito talaga dapat ang tono at tempo ng Pambasang awit ng Pinas.. March song talaga siya at mas nakaka proud pakinggan at nakaka proud maging Pilipino pag ganito naririnig mo.. hindi yung nilalagyan ng ka artehan ka baduyan na tono at kung ano anong version ng ga mang aawit jan para lang mag pasikat at magka issue.

That's because this is the original anthem. Julian Felipe composed the song, words were written by Jose Palma. Beautiful indeed. Words were on fire and full of patriotism.

The Spanish version is the orginal anthem. The Primero Republica Filipina (1st Philippine Republic) was very Spanish centric.
Also, Hispanic/Latino American countries sing their anthems in Spanish too. So what about it if we Filipinos do the same? Eh?

The original Philippine national anthem was composed in Spanish. It was translated into English during the Commonwealth era. The Filipino translation that we are singing now was translated from the original Spanish hymn and not from the English translation that's why the Spanish and the Filipino versions are more similar than the English version e.g. "Land of the Morning" versus "Tierra Adorada" and "Bayang Magiliw".
