same problem... very poor service from eureka Forbes .. i will not recommend anybody too buy there product ..

Bilkul sahi, yahi hal mera bhi hai, maine last year AMC karaya tha liken 100 times se jaiya phone kiya lekin ek bar bhi service nahi ki. Very poor customer services and all are fraud.
आज मुझे इनके ही एक बंदे से ek बड़ा scam pata chala ki in logo ne filter ke ander in special RFID सेंसर lagaya hua hai Jo ki ki aapka consumption count karata hai aur filter cartage to forcefully block kar deta hai, does not matter ki filter kharab Hui hai ya nahi, taki aap।majboori me 3000-4000 rs maintanence ke nam par do. Isaka Ek ek sasta jugad hai ki is sensor ko bypass kar do ya reset kar do. Aapka RO for start ho jayega. Normally RO filter aaram se 2 साल चल जाता है।
I purchased machine UV +RO machinr. It is in AMC, not working from one year. No one respond to my ticket service request. What to do?

same for me, called for several times but no technician allotted since 3-4 days and misbehavior again and again.
the most funny thing, they say AMC details are only with technician, and not with company !
Dropped plan to buy AG Astor due to
1. bad cx service
2. Bad reviews on YT, G!, Amazon etc
3. Makes more sense to buy water bottles from Govt mineral water dispensers & save 20k & buy peace of mind too.

और फिर बाद में कॉल आया कि आपको 50% चार्जेस लगेंगे, मैंने कंप्लेंट भी कि आपके साइड से हमको गलत जानकारी दी गई लेकिन कोई एक्शन नहीं लिया गया
कृपया सभी से अनुरोध है कि कोई भी यूरेका फोर्ब्स के सामानों का इस्तेमाल न करें ,यह लोग धोखाधड़ी करने में माहिर है

I am from Hyderabad. I have similar problems with this good for nothing company. On May 12, we contacted customer care and they they send 2 technicians. They told us the filter ran out of life. Today is 22 May but no repair took place. In the mean time, we noted the technician (he preciously called us for our house's location), he answered pur call anf lied to us that he willl vome doon but when called him the second time, he didn't responded. Then, we called via different phone numbers( family members phones, dual sim and even our servant's phone ). He answered first time and ignored tge secòns call from same number. We also contacted the customer care multiple times and also approached the showroom but no progress.
Go to showroom and take strict action there.
Can we file a complaint together?

Same things happened with me. Please don't buy eureka forbes..
Main reason is company was issue with stability of their promotors mismanagement by SPG group for one year and now advent international ownd it company is working on service station rapidly hope in future all concerned will solved

I got all recording of them...and their service centre cancelled my complaint without my consent...
I have done, but consumer complaints isn't easy to lodge as an FIR IN POLICE STN. BUT I have done it & got result. Consumer portal GOI P register krke

Same here.they don't have any information about my warranty,filter change.they don't clean water storage.they gave faulty replacements.now are forcing me to buy new purifier,there reason is your water purifier is 8 year old,so spare parts are not available buy new instead.if I have to buy i will buy some other company water purifier never Eureka Forbes.
