Hi, nice build! One little tip, if you have an iPad, download the instructions from stalemates and save as a book. You can then zoom in on anything a bit vague. I use it as my eyes aren’t what they used to be!
Hello mr ARD!a sweet little piece of art you have created.you brought that little gem2life.thank u4ur efforts.i truly appreciate them.with best regards and sticky greetings from sandy Brandenburg germany.faithfully yours.your modellmate.christian
Hello mr ARD!first one!very nice job building that coldwar icon.i am well impressed and i was deliciously Entertained.of course you deserve a thumb up.and I givehim to you.i would like to give more than 1thumb up.but I cant.thats a pain in the ass.and thats no lickspitteling.with best regards and sticky greetings from Brandenburg germany.yours truly.your modellmate.christian
Awesome model! I am building basically the same kit. I am a little frustrated with the decals in my kit. Most ripped when I put them on. The upper wing roundel confused me as it comes in three parts. I shredded it bad trying to put it on. I don’t have any spares. I noticed that your version didn’t have the air intake fit issue I had. I bought mine used as well and I may just get a brand new kit and start over as there are so many things I could do better. Take care! Drew
Good morning my friend, that was a truly excellent build, it is an aircraft you do not hear much about, what's your next project? Bedt regards from Australia, Les
Nice build. It seems the actuators for the speed break are not right as per the instructions. If you look at the picture you posted at the beginning of the video, they are linked to the break flap further up front (closer to the hinge). The way it is cemented in the kit will not close the break properly, looking odd. Great work placing the big red decal in the middle of the fuselage! Looks challenging. Thanks for the content.
Rex's Hangar exposed the fact that the 20mm cannons on the Fury couldn't shoot straight. Plus the narrow-tracked, thin-legged Saber landing gear was a liability on aircraft carriers. Like a lot of early jets, the Navy couldn't dump them on the Marines and reserve units at land bases quick enough. Guess North American couldn't make a Saber a Squid.
I wonder if those dorsal intakes were to supply the engine with more air or spin up APUs that powered the avionics and systems the Fury had that the Saber didn't?
You did a great job on an overlooked Cold War carrier bird.
thanks, friend 👍
I'm glad Hobby Boss put the ancient Esci Fury in the dirt where it belonged.
thanks, Bob 👍

thanks, for your inspiring words friend, my next project may be CH-53 so watch out soon.
The wing roots on Sabers and Furies look like they need a lot of work.

Navalised Saber that's a Bullpup truck...

I had the firm intention of admiring your video, but those brutal camera movements disappointed me, I'm sorry.
it's ok and I'm sorry, friend, thanks for the observation very much appreciated, 👍
