Thank for this tutorial! I'm new new to this whole process, but I appreciate you showing your advanced workflows and have saved it for when I integrate the other systems later. Again, thank you!
Thanks for showing your workflow, Paul. I am a big fan of Calendly, Zoom, Zapier, and Google Calendar as you. And I am interested in your approach, making mine even better. Thanks again.
Thanks for this tutorial, Paul! Started using Calendly purely for "no shows". Works perfectly so far except missing an option for loyal clientele who pay weekly for a month plan with me ($50./week for $200. total) with PayPal. Interesting that there's only one field for payment amount rather than a link integration. Would I just add text in Payment Terms: "*If you wish to pay with payment plan please complete booking at this link:" ??? You lost me at Zapier.
Ah I see. For recurring payments it may be better to use a different system and then send a Calendly link to book once they have set up their weekly payment.
Hello Sarah! I developed a Calendly-like tool specifically for coaches and consultants. This includes the membership feature and integrates many of the tools without the need for something like Zapier. It's very lightweight and flexible. Would you like to give it a try?
Hi Paul. Your videos are awesome! I was wondering if you had any view on Accuity Scheduling versus Calendly. I have a Squarespace site, hence me thinking Accuity might be a good option, but the interface of Calendly is much nicer. Love to hear your thoughts if you have time! take it easy :-)
Hi Melissa, thanks! Sorry, I've never actually used Accuity I'm afraid so don't really know how it compares. I've been using Calendly for so long as I really like the interface and it's easy to use.
Thanks for the video. Please if I got a link and schedule for an interview with a recruiter. On the interview day what am I suppose to do to be able to do the interview via calendly. Please is urgent.Thank you
Is there a way to integrate Typeform to my Calendly? I’ve been looking everywhere and can’t really find it but seems like you know what you’re talking about! Haha Anything helps!
So what do you mean? The Typeform would redirect to Calendly when it's filled in? If you can contact me here, I can see if I can help: paulminors.com/contact/
Hi Paul! This is great! Do you know if there is an option for tracking returning customers? For example you have a customer who returns to your free consultation after they have already booked a consultation?
Good question. But no, I don't think this is possible I'm afraid. Although you could try and use Zapier to log bookings on a Google Sheet to track return bookings.
Hey! I developed a scheduling tool which combines Calendly's features with those of a simple CRM and tracker. You build a list of customers and appointments in your app. Would you like to give it a try?
Hey Paul! How are you? You might recognize me as the podcast manager in CanInnovate :-) I have one question; I'm relatively new to calendly (I don't really use it) but do have a video showing how to Calendly and Convertkit integration works? I mean, integrating the two is easy but how to really make it work.
Do you have another video that shows the calendar view? they don't have a demo on their website. This app could be the answer to my issue of a cross-platform user with 3 different calendars
@@minor-co to see my private activities form all my other calendars? Isn't it another feature of Calendly as well as letting customers book your services on your website?

Hi Paul, is there a way to accept and deny bookings without cancelling them. As in keep them pending until I accept them. I want my calendly links to go on my social media profile but I need to know who's booking before the booking is confirmed
I don't think so I'm afraid. It may be better to create a new inquiry form which people fill in. Then if you approve the inquiry, direct them to book a call.
@@vidaactivesport Hello! I developed a Calendly-like tool specifically for coaches and consultants and we actually have this feature available. People send "requests" to book and they only get booked once you confirm them. You can also reject them which send them a link to reschedule with a predetermined copy. Would you like to give it a try?
Hi, just wondering if you can advise if you can set up a package in Calendly as an event. E.g. I want to offer a 3mth package. So I can set up an event with the price which they book their first session on and pay. However, how do they book the next two appointments which would be at no charge. Hoping you can help as I have contacted Calendly with no luck.
That isn't really possible I'm afraid. The best you can do is you could have one paid event type that they use to make the initial payment. But to book the following events without paying, they'd need to use a new event type link (which you could automatically send via the confirmation email).
@@minor-co thank you so very much for taking the time to reply. I have been back and forward with Calendly help team, but their responses just don't cover my questions. The other problem I had was that if one of our team had other personal events they used outside of work, they would appear on our website when be embedded the code. So I don't think Calendly is going to be our solution. I am now looking at a Wordpress plug-in like Bookly to see if that gives us what we need. Your tutorials are great.
@@minor-co Thank you. We did think that, but if we hide their personal ones on our end it hides them on their end so they can't use them. There is an adhoc scheduler so you can send someone a bunch of options rather than just general available hours.
