You mentioned that you got your scheduling application to feed all the data to your invoicing application and generate invoices and accept payments automatically, could you please make a video explaining that. I am using quickbooks for my invoicing and was wondering if it it possible to get automatic invoice generation on that using calendly or acuity. Also, thanks for this amazing video.

The things you named about acuity is the same as calendly when you upgrade. My only is and question....is there a way to limit how many days a client can schedule? For example like you stated, you gave to send a link for them to schedule...since I am a personal trainer if a client wants two schedule two or more dates is there a way to do that all at once or restrict how many days they can schedule ?

Great question. They have built-in integrations and they connect with Zapier. So what I did in the past is I said “when someone books and pays” ➡️ “create a new client and invoice” so that I didn’t have to manually create a zero balanced invoice and all my payments were in one system.

People can schedule multiple appointments at a time if you allow it in your Acuity settings.
