President tshisekedi shown him his just to stop fighting and living in peace but as kagame likes war and killing congolese he can never change. I'm even studying with some rwandans they always say that kagame can never change because it's his habit. Congo mus engage the war to this country and liberated our region, because kagame is the problem of our developpement, if they kill him we will live in peace
