We know all about fixin stuff around here. With mostly old worn out equipment, we somehow keep it all working. I also have an arctic cat 500, it's a little older than yours but every winter it gets gone over and anything that needs attention gets it. I bought it cheap because it was very low on power and we spent a good deal of time trying to figure out the problem. We tried a new belt, new wet clutch, high performance clutch kit all to no avail! I was about to give up on it, but we decided to do a carb rebuild and come to find out it was a vacuum diaphragm . It really get up and gos now!

I have an Arctic Cat Bearcat 454, Needs a carb cleaning and brake job. Ordered the parts but haven't arrived yet. Like you say, always something to fix when you own older equipment. Take Care.
Hi. Need a lil help here! I got a 05 650. No brakes so I did all new calipers. Still no brakes. Just replaced master cylinder still no lock. Handle still don't seem to be doing much. Pretty lose goes all the way in! Any ideas what it might be? Thanks
