One of the most revolutionary fgs of the 90s with a critical influence over the genre's early and also current history, also a tremendous technical achievement in 2d gaming (not only in the fg genre) for that time. And particularly impactful because this was the follow up to the basic and humble SF2. The game that defined a whole gameplay style and graphics style that is alternative to the style of SF2 (and direct rivals like SNK early games).
