This is the year when Magic was out with knee injuries,he should not have even been playing in this series,you could tell he could hardly move,cooper was getting more playing time.He was more of a liability,Norm and Cooper should have started and let Magic come back fully healthy in 1982,when The Lakers again beat philly.

Moses Malone was a beast on the boards. It's not even close. HE won two MVPS back to back. I think he won most of his duels against Kareem also. The key though is a Moses Malone in his prime. After 83 he is just disappeared.
