Interesting fact I learned from my therapist: In Germany, your health insurance will only pay for your surgeries, if you are a binary trans person. If you are non binary, you have to pay for them yourself. They do cover hormones though (at least)
yea it's really hard to get surgeries covered as a nonbinary person and often people have to "pretend" they're binary in order to do so... it's really messed up :(
