matching cars? what? :) tubing looks so much fun! were they provided by the campground? what was that you were roasting at 6:30? couldn't hear clearly. camping looks so much fun, i need to do that one of these days!
Haha yeah, there are few minor differences. Her interior is lighter than mine and I took the hubcaps off of mine, but when I moved from Germany to the US I bought tags for the front of both because we both live in states that don't require front tags. The tubes are rentals. The campground we stayed at is actually inside the Great Smokey Mountains National Park, so you had to leave the park to rent the tubes - we had our own tube though : ) And we were roasting cinnamon rolls on a stick - yummy! (I am the worst about covering the mic with my finger... )
I have never camped before but we are doing research on what we need to have and consider. I noticed you upload the video on August ? Was it too hot ? If so how did you deal with the heat ? Thank you for your video.
I love your matching cars :D the time lapse of the tent set up was a great idea! Wow, you weren't kidding about glamping, your meals looked delicious and fancy, puts mine to shame. Thanks for sharing this great video! I want to go camping and river tubing now :) I subbed to follow your adventures!
river tubing looks so much fun, I'd like to try it! your mum seems a great assistant haha! what an amazing experience, love the butterflies on your shoes :)
Glamping are we :-) The tubing on the creek looks so fun. Glamping dinner for sure...steak and french toast and more goodies. The double tube looks fun, is it yours? wow all the butterfiles on your foot lol.
That's jiffy pop from the 70s. Easy to burn if left in the fire too long. Nice video. I kept wondering how u get back to your site once u go down the river? Is there a path beside the river? I would have one of u tube one drive to the end then both walk back then once tired from tubing and walking you can drive back
Wasn't the water level too low at some points in the river? It looked like that from the video. Looks like a relaxed thing too do. Just like the camping! I could go glamping like this :) And love the braids!
Thank you : ) The water level of the creek was down about 6 inches from normal, but its always kind of shallow (especially to be called deep creek haha). We did get stuck in a few places and have to adjust, but it was all in good fun anyway.
We also went camping last week. But we went up to where the Russian river is, didn't take camping matts so just slept in a tent in a rocky hard floor lol, not as bad as I expected though
The World n Us it is a national park campground so it's super reasonable! I think the sites are around $17 a night. There are bathrooms but no showers or electric - which is fine with us. And it's all walking distance to the creek :)
Thanks, mom was super excited about that shot ;) And yes... that's the only downside, but it wasn't too bad - my phone said we walked almost 6 miles each day, hahaha.
Did y’all go all the way to the top? We are going tomorrow. I will be putting in wherever the scaredy cats put in. You’re so blessed to have such great memories with your Mama. My Mom has dementia. Wish I could have had more time with her.
WOW. What a fun video!
Monsoon raining...welcome to deep creek!
Looks like a fun trip. We rode through there this past weekend and it looks like a nice place to stay. We hiked the deep creek trail.

never been camping! looks like so much fun
You should totally try it :) A lot of campgrounds have bathrooms and showers and even electric and water sometimes. You could start easy ;)
What month/time of the year was this?
This was in Aug
Glamping are we :-) The tubing on the creek looks so fun. Glamping dinner for sure...steak and french toast and more goodies. The double tube looks fun, is it yours? wow all the butterfiles on your foot lol.
Evelyne at CulturEatz thanks we had a lot of fun :). Yes we took our own tube - it ended up being cheaper than renting and we could get a double 🌞
I wish you’d show us what you did or how you made your cinnamon rolls, baked foods!
Would love to learn that!
Was this at the primitive tent sites?

hahaha, I wish you could, its basically just a hiking trail to the top :)

Just like the camping! I could go glamping like this :)
And love the braids!

oh boy... I have definitely backpack camped on minimal and it's not the worst, but I figure if it's just car camping why not go all out haha
Great looking campsite! The river tubing looks super relaxing. Just wondering, how much does it cost to use the camp sites there?

Sounds like a pretty good deal. Thanks for the quick reply 👍
This is beautiful! Great video! #YTCM
Thank you!!
I like the mortal kombat music in the background 🤙
I love that shot with the butterflies. Looks a great time. So do u hike back up the river when you're done tubing or what?
Thanks, mom was super excited about that shot ;) And yes... that's the only downside, but it wasn't too bad - my phone said we walked almost 6 miles each day, hahaha.
