I really admire your work and your professionalism. I'm interested in knowing the name of the tool on which you put your shoes to work (to be clear the shoe stretcher that simulates a person's foot) is a great idea for working on shoes. And I would like to know how to find one so that I can use myself at home

Hey Jason I have a question. Why is your mirror gloss wax always so chunky and the others are always so smooth?
Great question! It’s more of a pure wax without any solvents to thin it down to more of a buttery consistency.

Jason, you have a QC (quality control) issue with the saddle soap cleaning. When wiping off the saddle soap and then going over the shoe with a brush, you didn't focus on the back of the shoe properly and thus left some saddle soap in the crevice between the heal and the leather. The soap was still there when you applied the cream and it only went away once you applied the brushes to buff in the cream. The saddle soap being left there may not have had any impact on the shoe but high standards must be maintained. Apart from that it was a very good video.

Thats dangerous it will eventually affect the color and stiching...when I use saddle soap, I use clean warm wet clothe to remove the soap thouroughly.

love your videos I've always loved your videos but what I don't understand is the shoes were brand-new out-of-the-box not even a scuffer scratch on the souls and you're telling me that you're reciting them for someone's wedding when they came perfectly immaculate from the factory from the company why I don't understand it how much butter was sang can you give then straight from the store
Thanks! Shining a brand new pair of shoes can help soften the leather with the creams and the waxes can act as an additional layer of protection against any potential stains. If you ask any shoe shiner, they’ll probably tell you that the first shine is the most important. Great question though. Thanks 🙏
