Had forgotten that you had already watched Tomb of the Cybermen previously. The exteriors representing Tibet were filmed at the Nant Ffrancon Pass in Snowdonia, North Wales. Awesome that you spotted the Great Intelligence connection to the Matt Smith era.
im glad you are watching this story even tho it is mainly animated. There is only one more full animated story after this, its called 'Fury from the deep' and also the season 5 finale is called 'the wheel in space' which has no animation but two surviving episodes which i think you should def watch. Then season 6 is mostly complete stories
I was just thinking “hang on, you missed Tomb Of The Cybermen”😮 this animation is pretty good except Thonmi is drawn differently from how he looks in the actual episode.
I’m sat in silence for most of classic who. There’s really nothing to say apart from a few bits here and there, including a lot of it just feels so long and jarring to watch. If I made it longer someone will complain that I’m not talking enough. Just isn’t a win/win situation for me. So I just make it the way I think is best for someone who doesn’t react much or have much to say :)

Thanks for telling me :)
Fun fact, in real life the guy who plays Professor Travers in this serial is the father of the woman who plays Victoria

I think it’s set in the 1930s, nice not to have incidental music
What happened with "Tomb of the Cybermen"?
Already watched it months ago :)
Check classic who playlist to find it :)
I have to be honest - 3 mins of "reaction" to a whole episode makes this very hard to watch.
