No, I like that Tom doesn't turn around right away, he actually listens to the person sing for a bit before deciding. The point of these turns is that the judge is a potential coach, so I like that he listens because he's trying to hear how the person sounds and if he or she is a good fit for his coaching.

If Ash was half way good looking he woulda won easily. He made an INXS song cool and that is not easy to do. He didnt win cause his size and thats a shame. He still to this day has the best audition ive ever seen.

The 3 best ones were Ash Morgan, Leanne Jarvis and Liam Tamne! The 3 worst ones were the second girl who sang “She Said”, the girl that sang “Who’s Loving You” and Jade who sang “Sweet About Me”!
You should have included the part AFTER the girl singing "Sweet About Me" happens. That was as good as her audition. The men couldn't speak. What transpired was actually a very cute moment. But I've only seen one video that included it, as everyone seems to cut that part off.
The second girl was bad admittedly, but she had all the elements to be coached and taught to be good if she trains pretty damn hard, which is the point of The Voice. Also, she probably got really overwhelmed with everyone turning for her near the end there, which was the worst part.
I thought she was bad the first few times I listened to her, but the more I listen the more I think her nerves actually helped her. The wavering in her voice is actually kind of interesting.
