    I went to the dyno to get some numbers on the canned diablo 93 octane tune. My car was completely stock in the previous dyno running 93 octane. In this dyno THE ONLY DIFFERENCE was the new pcm and the canned diablo tune. Here are the results.
    I was going to run it stock and then load the diablo tune while it was on the dyno and run again for the most accurate results (this dyno does have correction factors though so it doesn't make much difference). However, when I went to update my diablo i3 my update program was not working so I couldn't update it and didn't want to risk it.
    I dyno'd in 4th gear again just because that is the gear my original stock runs were in. I did throw a 5th gear run in there just to see the numbers.
    Don't be fooled by the first few dyno runs. The car shifted up at the end causing a false spike in dyno numbers. THE REAL RESULTS ARE AT THE END OF THE VIDEO!
    Stats:
    ORIGINAL STOCK RUN:
    DA: 1408ft
    Temp: 72f
    Humidity: 74%
    DIABLO TUNE RUN:
    DA: 1304ft
    Temp: 64f
    Humidity: 98%
    I did change the oil and air filter before the runs again like I did last time before the stock runs.
    All in all my thoughts are that the diablo tune no good. A custom tune is definitely needed! I am working with MAG's as I type this and data logging for my custom tune. Once it is where we want it I will dyno that tune and compare to stock and compare to diablo canned. I will also do 0-60 and 1/4 mile runs again

    Did you give it enough miles for the diablo tune to settle in? You can't just program in a tune at the Dyno shop and then go right on the dyno. You have to drive at least 100+ miles for the ECM to relearn the new tune.

    My car hated the Diablo tune at first load. First pull attempt felt like it was starved for fuel. Let off as soon as I felt it. Data logged and found 8 degrees KR on 98 octane(93+boostane). After many more data logs I kept adding fuel to I ended up +9% fuel to get 0 KR. Added timing on top of Diablo tune after that and ended up with just 1 degree more timing.

      LTFT stays from -1to 0 and STFT ranges normal 0 to 3 ocassionally see as high as a 5. Tires break loose up to 60mph(nitto G2 295/45/18winter tires). Can’t wait for warmer weather to put summer tires back on.

    I made 350 hp and 370 torque in my 17 challenger RT 8 speed with just a Diablo 93 tune but idk how much I was putting down stock

      AWD has much more hp loss than RWD on a dyno

    Why not put headers and bigger intake. And better injectors then get a custom tune and actually see real gains
