- The Bike Hunt Specials follow our fearless Head Bike Hunter Daniel on his adventures rescuing stolen VanMoof bikes around the world. In each bi-monthly episode, he recruits a special guest for the hunt.
This month it’s London calling and Daniel has a tough chase ahead to find a stolen VanMoof S3. Suspicious houses, dark alleys and car parks, and a dreaded heap of dumped bikes: this episode has it all. With rapper and MC Grouch as his guide, Daniel is in good hands.
But will Daniel find the elusive VanMoof S3? More importantly, will Daniel’s Bike Hunt rap make the cut?

Awesome. Protip: Why not add a drone to your accessories? It can help you check close but unreachable terrain like gardens or industrial area's. Keep up the good work.
They did thought of it but traveling around the world in various airways/airports... Thes theres a worry about some may not allow drone batteries into planes, some might charge extra, some will ask require permit and worst of all some may confiscate (cough*steal) at border checks .... anyway its a hassle to take your drone through the airports with "What if ! ". AND using a drone is not discreet and can blow your cover. Or you could send the wrong message/assumtions and get arrested.
In several countries, it is not allowed to fly drones in cities or over private property.

do you do this for every vanmoof bike that is stolen? I purchased peace of mind but I find it hard to believe you will cross the channel to come to Cambridge just to recover my bike... and what if it's completely destroyed?
You need to buy the insurance plan when you buy the bike.
they went to Morocco I think they will be able to go to Cambridge

PS. Re the very first shot - honking is crazy in London. Brits are polite only face to face. Once they are sat behind the wheel - a lot of them turn into insecure bullies.Especially when the fuel is in short supply.

I've lived in Brixton most of my life, & it used to be a lot worse..but even in the bad times, if you weren't involved in street business you're fine..it is hard for the youth who are restricted to their postcode.

Society needs to stop glorifying this culture, the actual respectable cases are the ones who manage to leave it behind and make something out of their lives.

Society needs to stop denigrating alien to them cultures and imposing their version of respectability...In this film he hoodlums were the bike thieves, not the rapper who was fully supportive of efforts to receive the stolen bike. So why do you need to wear a helmet on a bicycle? Cycling isn't remotely a dangerous activity.
They're from the Netherlands, they don't wear helmets there.
They sell bikes not helmets.
