Fits well into my space, I painted the back green. It's very easy to customize just the back if that's something you want to do. I would suggest sanding it first before painting, I got a little impatient. The shelves th-cam.com/users/postUgkxM8H4CjCb79vzeyvgaFMdzmLm88oVFPMkare pretty small so keep that in mind if you're going to have it horizontal that some books won't fit. I like the snug look that it has. Good small shelf if you don't have much space, but not too small. Simple to put together, though you'll need your own tools, a screwdriver and a mallet/hammer, it's easiest to do with another person.
When I saw on Instagram that you redid this built-in I was so bummed out cause I wanted to watch you do it. So I was super pumped to see this video today! I love watching you transform a space. You’re SO GOOD at it. I’m happy you’ve decided to come back to TH-cam! 💜

Once you finish painting the plant boxes you should do a home tour of all your hard work. So happy you are coming back with videos.

Denise I love that you said that about stepping away from something. I do want to step away from my very toxic job right now and just have a few months to figure out me. Not sure I will be able to do that as I am the breadwinner but I will strive to find other ways to give myself grace without feeling like a failure and feeling guilty all of the time. It’s tough being a mom, wife, coworker, taking care of a home, sick parents, the list goes on. Thank you for giving me that permission and reminding me we are all going through it. It helps more than you know.
