Interesting how you use small brushes. With a canvas that size i'd have been using a much bigger brush …partly coz we're sort of told to do that. But you are drawing with the paint, as a technique, which appeals to me, and you've ended up with a semi abstract (and v busy) image. Very nice.
Magnificent. I’ve avidly consumed a few of your process videos now, I really like the way you play with binaries. This one is a beautifully realised meditation on subject/object, image/material and treads that tightrope between realism and abstraction with sure grace and muscularity. The sense of light playing across the forms is so well done, not many can handle an impasto with such nuance and virtuosity. Consider me very impressed, young lady!
Do you look down to pick up a color with your brush and go back and forget where you were putting it? Lol! I hate when that happens! The tree looks amazing!
Thank you. Neither of those pieces are currently available for purchase unfortunately (though they will be this summer). You can see currently available work of mine at www.exposuresewickleyart.com though, and please feel free to directly contact the gallery if interested in anything ☺️

Do you sell any of your work Hannah? Originals or prints?
Love your work. Two questions. Do you sell your paintings? How much? Girl in green dress. And this tree. Thanks.
