3250 thats wild, great job. Heavy equipment operator here in AK. Lots of 84+ hour weeks remote, night, barge/aircraft logistic, snow removal, etc. Great job on the channel while juggling everything else. Those tractors with rear mount blowers are interesting. That's something you don't see much of in our area but I know it's growing in more dense residential areas around Anchorage. Keep it up, get some rest.
The local pizza shop must love you guys. 🤣With the hours that you dispatch and operate at it is challenging to get proper rest. So it's understandable that you have a percentage of operators that tap out after a big storm.
Another great episode. I'm fascinated by your business model. I'm a manager in the same industry that provides a more typical service with commercial, condo and townhouse portfolio. Based in Ajax but servicing the entire GTA. I'm sure you've seen our trucks when you visit Whitby. Keep up the amazing work.
We were told 30cm and received maybe 8cm. Sat supposed to get a real 30cm. SAULT gets some real snow. I am retired so just operate my neighbours M6-141 with 92in blower and 8-12 hla blade on our private drives. HLA is useless on country driveways but makes for a good counterweight for the hills. Box blade for road maint in summer.
love ur videos mann ;d keep up the awsome work u do ! wishes u the best ! love frome norway ! I allso do snowplowing ! we drive Valtra over her ! Have you tried valtra ? awsome tractors
Had a similar problem with three point hitch, fooled around with it for 15 minutes, boss came in,called Deere dealer, mechanic arrived in ten minutes, plugged laptop in and two minutes said ,all done, fixed! By the way,12 hours is normal on this very large farm,
Imagine how good of a company you will be when you guys learn how to operate equipment properly. It’s pretty apparent that none of you guys have any experience with tractors.
Love the channel, love the snow. I will not tolerate hearing my Lord and saviors name in vane. I'm just 1 sub and watch, but if you can't clean up your language I have to leave, TY !!

Thanks for being transparent on your struggles. Big or small everyone has them. They are amplified as you get bigger. Glad you have a great core team.
Thank you!
Love how postive and supportive of your crew you are

My son told me about your channel! Cheers friend!
Welcome!
send some of that snow over to northern bc so i can use skidsteer at work 😂
On the three point not working all time sounds like the pump getting weak when hot or air in the fluid system not getting bled out
I'm hoping to see a Normand/ Provnost side by side scrape video
Coming soon!
All those tractors are for snow blowing? Wow! You guys have a huge business.

@Stefano Narducci i know how it fells i do the plowing in Sudbury and im in a jhon deer 310SG for about 17/20 hours a day
Do you guys in the snowblowers also shovel walkways
No we do not.

Do you think you’re ever gonna get into some commercial accounts? Love the vids
No i cant see it.
I like lil older equipment without all that regen crap all this new stuff they make it harder to fix
You should buy a Deutz 5130 TTV
get mahindra no def or regen till you get above 85 horsepower
