Tiny watercolor paintings or mini watercolor paintings are no joke. I was thinking that I can easily do a miniature watercolor painting but IT WASN"T EASY!! Whenever I add another layer of watercolour on my previous dried layer, then the previous layer reactivate I know it happens with watercolour but I see that many artist control it. How should I stop the previous layer to reactivate?

That's a good question.. for the next layer try to use less diluted paint and don't over work with your paint brush, let it glide along the paper.
