And, I saw a gas sign in the video. Is gas only about $3.25 there? That's a big enough reason to move there now! lol Gas is about $5.00 -$5.50 where I am in Nevada.
as of today 11/9/22,it's currently ranging around $2.99-3.05 depending on gas station
