We're upto 650 to 700 for facers and £22 m2 for 4inch concrete block its mad the now theres a shortage of brickies for the amount of houses there building
Give that boy abit of credit he knows alot of what is ment to be happening but he also knows its not 100% right hope it wasnt as bad a lift qs it seems

Eco Warriors but to be honest if you get the right plot of land you can get quite a large one for 70k, Go to them with your budget and they will give you the home to match it i know a young couple that made over 200k doing that
Changy i think if your clamps where in a box or bag where there was dividers it would save you time looking for them and little organised not saying you dont know where all the clamps are just be a more tidy for you pal then searching through the box.😀
Dont have a link pal for storage boxes or dividers to orgnaise your clamps get your brother to make you one that suits the size of the clamps thats easy for you to carry round and make it easy to find each clamp when you need it just idea 😀
We did timber frames for about 2 years .wouldnt go back on them unless the prices are way higher than traditional. Always a night mare with scaffold needing to be moved /adjusted .
