We have what are called screen readers, which are complex text-to-speech applications with special features to help us navigate a window using only the keyboard.
And, just so you know, I worked with several blind people in the past and they had literal keyboards with braille on them and we installed them and they used them. Not one letter on the keyboard, everything was in braille.
