@@mohammadadil456 its very dated at this point. The story is great but the rest is *very* rough around the edges by today's standards. I would watch a gameplay video and see if you are up for it. A thorough and proper recap video should be good enough for the vast majority of people. Just my 2 cents as someone that played W1 on it's original release week.

One of THE best games ever made. Witcher series is definite a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

p.s. I don't know if people in the chat already told you this but when you have yellow and white dialogue choices, white is like investigating, getting extra dialogue, and yellow is continuing the conversations. when it's two yellow dialogues you are choosing between them. So always use up all white choices when you can before moving on with yellow, to get extra dialogue :)
Witcher and Dragon Age are my absolute fave games of all time! I am so glad you are diving into this. I have to say Witcher games are so much special and touching after you read the books and know character histories, but they are absolutely amazing as standalone as well, I already know I will enjoy this playthrough :)

The Witcher 3 is the best videogame ever made. The witcher 1 and 2 are the prequels to such masterpiece, that makes them good.

This is a good choice of where to start The Witcher series this game is so much fun for me so I hope you enjoy it I always come back to this one when I want to replay Witcher 3 as it just feels fun to play both games together hope you enjoy it as much as I do and looking forward to seeing what decisions you make

ok the game is old but the graphics are definitly ..wrong. Is it possible that you accidentally set them to low or that the game did it automatically? because i remeber that the witcher 2 looked wayyy better than this :D
yeah she's definitely playing on low settings. Which is a shame because this game looks amazing with all the bells and whistles. Hopefully they can fix it for the next stream.

I pretty sure it's still a very demanding game on newer hardware for some weird reasons. Honestly people are better off playing the series X version than even relatively high end modern PCs.
@@magmakojote1663 It's a stream so the majority are there for Meg despite the horrible textures. I'm guessing because it is an older game they just took it at face value, not knowing it can look ten times better.

@@CC-of5xl CD Projeckt went a bit overboard in future proofing Witcher 2. High settings should be fine nowadays but I do remember something about the 'Super-Sampling' being ridiculously demanding. So maybe leave that off.

Before you start the witcher 3 you should watch the 2 cinematic trailers for that game. "Killing Monsters" and "A Night to Remember" or something like that

People may love it, it's not for me unfortunately.
You cant say your a witcher fan with just playing the 3rd game. You need to play yhe second game. And for the first one just watch a recap
