Beautiful Monster is so Jeonghan coded as he is angel-devil
jeonghan's song is definitely more connected with the storyline of the album and wonwoo's is more raw and personal i feel like (which im thankful he felt comfortable to sing about), both are definitely a masterpiece

these three song are actually (they said it) connected with each other, in a way. like jeonghan's beautiful monster is still about him who put people to sleep, into a dream and wonwoo's basically about the forgotton part. so there's a thread somewhere on each song to each other.
wonwoo known as JEON BALLAD, btw. he is a rapper who is in love with ballad and i'm so happy with the outcome of this song that feels somehow personal to him. because if you see him reacting to his own song on na pd live the other day, that man is sooo proud of his own song, AS HE SHOULD.
but the moment where wonwoo sang the last part

I BAWLED MY EYES OUT EVERYTIME HE SANG THIS PART. it's just so painful. i have a feeling that it has a bit of connection with his loss of his mother.

Wonwoo had been wrecking me so hard lately that after this song he became an ULT...... It was the last straw for me. I love his voice so much, when he raps and when he sings! I also really loved jeonghan's vocals on his song! Such an angel voice for real.
Wonwoo's song felt like a song to his mom. I cried my eyes out seeing the lyrics..😢

After my 1st listen to leftover, added that to my crying playlist along side with Hug, circles, yawn, what kind of future, dandelion and me.
I love the album. I love all the songs he I live that all sound so different and Wonwoo singing a ballad was so different. I’d love to hear more songs like that from him and personally my favorite is Beautiful Monster because it’s closer to the type of music I listen to. They did talk a little about the songs during there Countdown live
i dont know yet if wonwoo said something about his song but personally i feel like it was a song for his mother (saw this in a comment too) but i dont know if its really like that
he did talked about how 3 of them (Woozi, Bumzu and him) wrote this song. He said he didn't expect the lyrics to be this sad but as they kept writing it became sadder, so he wondered why it had to be so sad and Bumzu told him that's how his character in this album is supposed to be. So i don't think it's about his mom or anything too personal

@@rockettothemoon17 he also said what i commented in the countdown live. he didn't say that the song is written on behalf of his own feelings specifically, he just read the description of the song which says "its about longing for someone and bearing the pain...", and then after that he explained the process of making the lyrics with Bumzu and Woozi, and also how Bumzu said his character is supposed to be like that

Jeonghan - the nightmare; Wonwoo - the person scared of being forgotten (that's the only connection to Last Night)
But ... Wonwoo's song definitely sounds like a song for his mom!
"Leftover" for me reminded me of "Me" by SCoups; songs that are so vulnerable and showing something deeper from people who normally scare (in a good way) when they write lyrics.
I apologize, I need to stop watching not even 50 seconds after you started LEFTOVER. I am currently in the office and I don't want to bawl my eyes out here TT^TT I will continue watching when I get home.

Side fun fact on Wonwoo; he loves ballad and wanted to be a singer not rapper! During trainee days he struggled singing especially when his vocals were constantly being pointed out for being weak so he started focusing on rapping as he realized he can put the same effort to something which he is actually better at. He loves singing and listening to ballad so much that if u watch their old variety shows u can hear wonwoo silently singing in the background or random full blown ballad. ♡ also back then everytime Wonwoo sang in concerts and sruff, the members used to tease/woe at him as Carats loved hearing Jww sing since it was a rare sight; also that's also when he started getting focus keys on some b-sides where u can just hear his solo soothing low voice.
Definitely another all rounder of SVT. ♡ I always keep falling deeper for this man.

The emotions in his voice and this lyrics!🤩😍 I was in tears! 🥺 Jeonghan's song has such a beautiful melody!!! His voice is soo pretty!! His voice is one of the many reasons he is my bias!!!!!😍 I LOVE HIS VOICE!🤩I love them soo much! As I said in the other video! I think those two songs connect somehow with each other and with last night!! It could be like they are talking to each other at some parts!
