Thanks for the excellent video. We’re purchasing a MH with a Furrion cooktop (same as yours) but no oven. I want to install my own 2 knob Furrion oven just like yours so I was thankful I got to see how the rear support bracing was constructed. I have 2 drawers to remove then will need to insure the opening is the correct size. Also kudos to you for having the fortitude to replace your own gas valve.
Hello, where did you purchase the replacement Knob Assembly / Gas Manifold? I am having the same exact issue and Lippert wants me to buy a brand new oven!! Crazy!!

Based on the info you provided, it sounds like this would be an issue with the valve assembly. Here's the part number for the valve assembly-2021124144. One thing I learned is keep a thermometer in the oven and put the knob to 400 until it warms up then put the knob down to 350. I hope this helps. Good luck.
@@rvweekenders7262 thank you!! I spoke with their customer service and they mentioned there was only 1 part that was user serviceable and it did not fix the flame going out abruptly issue. I am hoping the valve assembly is the issue! Thank you soooo much!
