When the captain from the scouting regiment talked about burning down the farm I actually felt the panic and tension, like fate was truly in the listeners hands. And Dukes emotional breakdown after the captain left really brought a level of concern for him on an emotional level, and shows the cruelty of the humans that treated him terribly. I hope there are more roleplays like this, Keep up the great work! I'm so intrigued by your world building.
