Hello everyone,
today's recipe is homemade frozen paratha. Exactly the same paratha, which usually we buy from the Market. make in a large batch and freeze for up to 3 months. I hope you guys like this recipe...enjoy !
ingredients:
Flour - 2 cups
Semolina - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
warm water - 1/4 cup
yeast - 1/2 teaspoon
Eggs - small one
Ghee / Butter / Shortening / Margarine - 1/4 cup (not oil)
Condensed Milk - 2.5 to 3 tablespoons
