Good Tuesday evening! I went to Aldi yesterday and for the first time I found the Chocolate Raspberry coffee! Happy dance! Have never seen it in Aldi near me until yesterday. When I was a child our groceries were often delivered. I remember the delivery guy bringing them into the kitchen. We also had a milkman (Excelsior Creamery) who delivered milk/butter/ice cream and frozen orange juice directly from their local dairy & farm. My favorite was the daily bakery truck (Helms Bakery) that stopped whenever the driver saw a large, printed 'H' card in our window. The bakery man would stoo; toot a shrill whistle and pull out drawers of pasteries, feesh bread, rolls, etc. So delicious and smelled heavenly. I wish I had those services these days. Does your mom use the scooter she bought? Wasn't it an Amigo? Always wondeed how it worked out for her. I thought she was brave for using one to go out & about at her age.
