I have a question In Matthew 28-18-20 did Jesus mean for the disciples to go to all nations for jews and gentiles! Or was it meant for the disciples to go to all jews scattered across the nations.? My understanding is not until paul received the gospel of salvation for gentiles were we included, once jews rejected Jesus.
But then Jesus went to samaria to the woman at the well and preached to gentiles, so im unsure

From my understanding you are right.
Justin often explains that Christ gave the revelation of the mystery to Paul how gentiles can be saved without Isreal and covenants and promises but by grace alone. This happened after the nation of Isreal rejected the message of Stephen in Acts 8.
It was always God's purpose was to save gentiles but only through Isreal. The 12 were to go to all nations once Isreal as a nation believed Jesus was the Christ. But they never did and there is no record in Acts that the 12 went to all nation. The last we hear of Peter is Acts 15.
Thats why understanding the revelation of the mystery is so important.

SORRY I meant Matthew 28-18-20 , Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: [20] Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
( i edited the passage to correct one

Justin, is there any chance that Jerusalem in Rev could be babylon the great? Why does God contrast that city with the New Jerusalem?
