Joined the stream yesterday about halfway through. I love seeing the developer video that I didn't get to see yesterday. Some of the game designer's voices are narrator-worthy. Thank you for bringing this game to us!
When it comes to decorating a house luckily for me and my bf he's a modern minimalist while I'm a rustic cottage/barn look with a lot of clutter so i think we can sorta mix the two and it dosent look as bad at least and we sorta find a middle ground where I can have a certain amount of clutter as long as I have a proper place to put the extra unused stuff that I can switch around as I like.
I have never read nor watched anything LOTR or Hobbit-related! However this is totally a game I would play on my switch!!! Thank you for sharing this Deli!
I can’t wait to play the hobbit game! I do hope they clean up the graphics on the hobbits a bit. They are a bit too… blocky/hard angles in their features. Otherwise looks like fun!
my partner and i have very different styles and we try to blend them. he loves kidcore, pastel, bright colors, maximalism, and his favorite color is pink. i love hobitcore, lotr/fantasy vibes, rustic but in a tudor, witchy way, and my favorite color is green. we end up blending into fairycore basically lol

I did start with the cartoons and the BBC audio drama before getting into the books and the movies.

While I like muted colors and don't mind when colors don't scream in your face, I really don't understand the sad beige mom trend when it's extended to their child. Just because the sad beige mom likes her sad beige doesn't mean her child isn't allowed to have color in their lives. It's actually part of their development as far as I know, so it really shouldn't be taken away. Just let kids be kids and allow them to grow up and develop naturally, in a healthy way. If they want your sad beige after that, well, then they can have their sad beige later in life. At least that's my thought on it. Though as someone who gets overstimulated by color quite easily I do enjoy having minimal color in my life.
Beige isn’t sad to me but maybe it’s because I’m so anti-millennial grey lol. Cool tones seem more sad to me, whereas browns/beige make me feel warm, cozy, happy.

I also wish you would just go live on TH-cam maybe once a month or every two weeks. There's so much possibility in going live besides super chats and super thanks and becoming members. TH-cam live is much more worth it over Twitch, TH-cam has been pushing live for a while now. That's why I think it's worth it, you get more traffic that way. You get promoted on the for you page or whatever the equivalent is here on TH-cam. I know you can verify everything I'm saying. maybe you can talk to James about it. People think Twitch is the only place good to go live, But I think youtube live is far superior. Maybe going live on TH-cam and Tiktok simultaneously. I don't know. Just think about it. One thing people forget about is going live on multiple platforms at the same time.. which can be done through OBS or another service like stream labs or stream yard or some other entity you want to use. If anything, I would recommend to everybody using multi-platform streaming.
You're very smart, I give you props.. How do you bring people in and persuade them to watch a live stream about a game. People don't care about? Tell them You're playing The Sims, play for an hour and then switch to the ad and the game to promote. It's very smart. I applaud the strategy
