      No need to put varnish before resin. Just wipe it and pour the resin

      Thank you so much ❤️....do not pour the resin at once in large amount. Pour the resin little by little and spread it.

    Have you used the paint directly from the box ? Mine are too thick ?

    • @Artthrillbyasmita
      @Artthrillbyasmita  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes I have used directly…. I use fevicryl acrylic colours. If you are using the tube ones , you can mix pouring material to the colours to make the consistency thin.

    Question
    1. Didn’t it stick to the newspaper below cuz I saw you didn’t put any thing to hold the coasters away from it.?
    2. The 3:1 ratio never works for me. Solution is too runny. How do you manage this?

    • @Artthrillbyasmita
      @Artthrillbyasmita  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      1. No it didn’t. As you can see I am pouring the resin little by little and spreading it with the help of stick very carefully so that it didn’t fall off of the coaster.
      2. 3:1 is the perfect ratio. It will be little runny. You have to work slowly with the resin. The video is in fast forward but my actual speed of application is very slow.

    • @Artthrillbyasmita
      @Artthrillbyasmita  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Fevicryl bottle ones are of perfect consistency for dot mandala. I use them directly from the bottle.

    how is your resin not flowing out of edges? (even of i pour little by little... once it reaches edges it starts dripping off continuously

    • @Artthrillbyasmita
      @Artthrillbyasmita  ปีที่แล้ว

      I put the resin little by little and spread it with the stick on the edges so that less resin comes on the edges and doesn't fall off.

    But wouldn't the resin melt if hot cup of tea kept on it?

    • @Artthrillbyasmita
      @Artthrillbyasmita  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The resin can tolerate the heat generated from the bottom of a hot mug , however it cannot handle the one which is directly from the microwave.
