Pretty good Venti I have to admit that, but in case of shenhe, she buffs based on her atk so you build her literally full atk especially with her weapon you should have on her like 4k atk. Full atk artifact, maybe some energy recharge, and 2xpc atk set with another 2xpc atk set there are plenty of them so it doesnt matter if its gladiator and shimenawa or xiao 2pc set.
