Also a tip, you can actually call their apartment by seeing their aparment number on the top of their room! If they have a roommate they will answer and clarify if its a doppelganger or not

actually it's not because the were asking the wrong question and so they built earth to figure out the question only for it to get blown up so in the end they made up the question
so yeah 42 is the ultimate answer but the question its the answer to is unknown
btw some neighbours are a reference to other horror games, Dr W afton is supposed to be William Afton/Springtrap from FNAF

you can call in the appartment number to see if they have any one named the person cause someone from home picks up call and you can know if they're the imposter (apartment number is where you check the person on their particular floors)
