  • Took some lines from an upcoming comic dub that I'm participating in and set them up into an audition format of sorts just to see how it sounded. Hope you guys enjoy my Doc Scratch!

@TheRubberspider Yes, I totally agree with your comment (can't seem to reply to it properly) The voice that this person does for Doc Scratch is great, even though I don't mind the one that ColabHQ have, but even so I think I would have enjoyed hearing this voice throughout the comic!

Oh, also, thanks for that, many of you have been my inspiration to copy as many voices as I can.

But I feel that continuing to practice and talking to other voice actors for tips and tricks will certainly help you out. The main thing is not giving up. Watching animated works and listening for how their VA's sound helps a lot with getting into character as does watching your pronunciation and diction so that you get a clean and effective recording.

It's really tough for me to recommend something as everyone has their own way of learning how. I suppose that the first step is learning how your voice sounds to other people and shape your range around that. If you can find a good mic with immediate audio playback so that you can listen to your voice as you speak aloud, that might help a lot to give you a better idea of how you sound and how to really peg it as a voice actor. I'm no professional by any means, still climbing up that long tower.

awesome, if you would be kind, can you give us some voice acting tips? I find your voices very spot on to those when you make a fandub or a comic dub, thanks if you would!

I have a decent mic before, but I broke it, I got a new mic, but with headphones since I need it, and I did good voices since my classmates even some youtube channels said it was good, I just don't know for my prime, my classmates just told me it was the most accurate one I had, but when i record it, I can hear my voice still, but not that much really, check out my Transformers voices 1 and 2.
