Not sure where your comment went - but also RQ you won't notice a weight difference other than the speakers being separate which im glad they are haha.
    Jouzu ne! Omoshiroi! haha
the app update has 90% of what I wanted haha. I event called the "+ and -" thing if they couldn't make the sliders better.
If youre asking if you would use the JBL EON ONE Mark II WITH the PRX ONE Here are my thoughts that I will put into a video that isn't 30 minutes haha.
The iPhone app though the plus is BY the fader and I accidentally tried to do a + and it hit the channel from 12 to PLUS FORTY and ultimately did a big feedback. Big design flaw in the iPhone and also again the need for that QUICK kill switch.
    1. There is a difference in volume of course (mathematically its 30% more one the PRX 2000 watt vs EON 1500 watt)
    2. There is also a sonic difference.
    3. There is also a software difference.
I can't remember off the bat but there are more things available on the channels as far EQ or FX on the PRX one if I remember correctly. The app works beautifully with both connected to my iPad.
I've done this thing where I use my XVIVE in Ear monitoring system with 3 receivers. One for me, one for PRX one for EON. So via Logic - I run my one transmitter and essentially the speakers are Dual Mono (left and right) wirelessly.
I noticed at the same gain on all receivers the channel is hotter in the EON one (weird)
Then I wanted to check if I muted one speaker could I sonically hear a difference.
    The answer ultimately was yes.
When doing music via bluetooth the answer is actually harder to determine. I run via Logic because I (think) I like the sound of my Focusrite Scarlett 4i4 preamps more than the built in 6 channel mixer on the PRX. I'm also totally fine running direct to the PRX then MIX OUT to the Eon One.
But when recording a quick song on my logic, playing it back, and then muting one or the other to hear it there is a difference in sound quality in live music. Which is what I use it for primarily.
The two speaker array in the PRX vs just the top on the EON makes a huge difference in quality of sound.
BOTH units in my opinion (and pls your feedback is welcome) struggle mightily when hitting the upper echelon of their volume.
I'm talking yellow line on the channel, red line on the front. I like to take off the limiter (and AFS) so I know the sound coming out and you definitely hear on the EON the struggles when it hits the peak. Its much harder to hit peak on the PRX which is good, because when its close its noticeable - which im not even sure if I have the limit on the PRX actually.
OVERALL - having both in dual mono (and maybe stereo one day) is such a BLESSING though. Its definitely overkill for my Sofar shows but the artists appreciate it (go watch one in your area! Sofar Sounds)
I thought having the PRX and eventually a Bose S1 Pro + or EON One Compact was going to be my move - but the compact want connect to the Pro Connect (missed opportunity) and I can presume it won't satisfy what the EON one gives, albeit not what I want.
If I didn't have the PRX and say had two JBL Eon Ones in dual mono in a situation where there was no power - you would look like a fucking wizard you know haha.
I got the JBL Adaptor USB to 9v (USB to 12v also avail) and you can do so much on their batteries.
But when you have them side by side - the gear head in me is saying
Okay - now I gotta go PRX One TWO and have the Eon One Mk2 as my backup or possibly somehow as a monitor.
For what its worth my team at pro audio at Guitar Center says this
If you want more mids go with JBL
If you want more clarity go with Bose (L1 Pro 16)
But all our ears are so different and rooms are different.
I'm constantly told my setup is the best (even when it was just the PRX One or sometimes also the EON One but more of a lower standard for Sofar I think)
Unless you're doing a side by side PRX One dual mono vs PRX ONE + EON One dual mono - you won't know.
If I could go back in time though. I have gotten the PRX ONE first, and a second PRX One to run stereo. So if you can afford it OR you make money with it, run that credit card or get that 0% financing when applying for guitar centers card haha.
I hope to make more content, which originally was going to be heavy with bars and restaurants and drinks (the mix) but I actually stopped drinking so I think im going to continue to showcase how I mix sounds for myself at my gigs in the Bay Area and hope I have some cool content.
I work at guitar center so buy most things now with my discount so hopefully can continue to do so. I appreciate you comment and hope you go through my TED Talk haha.

I deleted my comment since after watching your video I felt like you kinda answered everything I asked so I didn't want to be "that guy" lol.
Interesting, I guess at the end of the day the PRX one is worth the extra weight due to having amazingly crisp sound. I am currently on a journey to optimize my setup for a lighter and easier experience since I am gigging multiple times every week. If I bought a cart that would probably solve a lot of my issues lol.
I have had some issues with volume on the PRX one, maybe due to my own incompetence. Usually for gigs with my band we will use a separate mixer and then run it into channel one. But my confusion comes with where I should set the gain and the master volume on the PRX one, and then how I should set my faders on the separate mixer. I think I found a sweet spot but it's kinda guess and check. Usually I'll max out the PRX one master, put the mixer somewhere at like 60% and then bring up the gain. Unfortunately though, I think I might have blew one of the tweeters by doing this because sometimes on gigs in quiet places I can hear a little bit of a fuzzy sound coming out the speaker playing certain frequencies like my guitar specifically :/. Luckily it doesn't really affect too much. What do you think as far as best practice for doing this? This video is when I pushed the speaker the hardest, in the thumbnail you can see how big the crowd/stage was th-cam.com/video/kLSSbqE2mqw/w-d-xo.html. Sound was pretty clean that day! Except for maybe some improper gain staging on our part.
I enjoyed your video, and it's good to hear someone else's experience because it's a pretty niche product to have at least in my circles. Subscribed and looking forward to more.
Two heads up for you: I just bought the Allen & Heath CQ-18T and that thing is badass. I've been in the market for a mixer for a while now and didn't really feel like buying anything cause nothing really checked all my boxes, luckily this thing just came out a few weeks ago and I bought it two days ago, played two gigs with it and I'm extremely happy with it. I can't wait to use the SD card recording feature to record my band's gigs.
The other one, I just bought one of those tripod color changing sunset lamp projectors you see on social media and there are tons on Amazon, it is kinda kickass for a gigging light. Previously I was carrying around the Tetra 6 and that thing is bulky and heavy in my backpack. I am thinking of replacing all my lights with these. The only downside is these seem very flimsy and likely to break unless protected so I will probably get some kind of semi-hard case. I've only used it once on my solo gig last night. But it literally weighs half a pound and is like the size of a baseball when packed up. Wondering if you know of anything that small and light but is more sturdy and gig-ready?
Appreciate you reaching out to reply to my comment man!
