- More often than I ever expected, people reach out because they know someone in one of my videos. I have reunited families and friends across the country, but this time, that was not the case. We all have a doppelganger somewhere.

I can't believe that young man is on the street, 3 weeks after surgery. There is truly something wrong with America.
the something is healthcare controlled by profit. Introducing profit into the equation takes all the "care" out of the situation.

I don't mean to bring politics into this situation but there is someone in politics who saved my life along with a lot of other young people and older people who had no hope at all. If they make him president he'll change all this all people need to do is watch his videos he's the third-party candidate.
He is obviously very poor. He could get all of his bills paid and set up in a care facility while he heals. He is probably choosing not to because of drugs. I agree that the entire medical field is a disaster here. It's because government got involved and greedy people at the top don't care. Shelters are a mess too.
Depression, drugs, mental illness.... hurting people who often don't even know how to live a different way. I know because I was one.
I was homeless in 2021 in Mercer county, PA. Nearly 2 weeks no solid food..mostly water. I gave up on life and someone found me on side of street. They called an ambulance to get me to hospital. The hospital did drug test and I was clean.. They said I had mal-nutrition..(Starvation) They gave me a sandwich from hospital vending machine and put me back on the street in 1 foot of snow, within 2 hours of arrival. (December 21, 2021) Veteran Affairs finally got to my name about 13 months later and tried helping save my life. (V.A. barely helps veterans anymore, LACK of resources they tell me) I found out..that mercer county hospital charged me 18,000 USD for someone calling an ambulance on me for starvation. It has yet to be removed from my record of debt. This is the Country..we veterans sign our life away for. USA is lost..and the people of USA keep allowing this to get worse. America deserves everything that is coming, if the people do not start fighting for each other. ♥

How traumatizing to have the cops chase you away all the time. To be homeless and a criminal for being without a home. That's awful.

The cops do so much worse than just chasing you away. I was homeless as a 17 year old girl and you would be surprised what they will do when no one is looking...if you catch my drift

I just have a new friend. He is homeless and I give him a call every week to see if he needs something. All he wants is empty cans to make some money. Easy to help someone out. 🎉

Knate, they make a hands free crutch called an iWalk, that could be beneficial for Stan. They are slightly more expensive than a pair of crutches, about $150, there could be other brands that are less expensive too, but they are wonderful. My mom is a below the knee amputee and cannot tolerate a traditional prosthetic, and she loves hers. Sometimes they come up used at a better price, so it may be worth keeping an eye out for one .

@@CC-tb6ws thank you for taking my suggestion, I really worry for the guy and hope he can have more stability and MOBILITY in his life. I can't imagine losing a limb, let alone losing it while being homeless. Hopefully Knate can help him apply for disability and get off the streets

Knate, I watch your videos all the time. But this one brought me to tears. Seeing a man with an amputated leg, having to live on the streets - and seeing senior citizens having to do so, since I'm retired myself and having to continue working just to make ends meet- these situations really hit hard. 😥

I was just thinking how dangerous it is for him out on the streets with a newly amputated leg!! Germs and infection could literally take his life out there!! Wonder if we ask if Knate would do a GoFundMe or something for him to get him somewhere to stay for a while until he heals at least some? 😢

This upset me. My childhood friend fell into a devastating addiction and he died after losing his arm and being sent back on the streets. He was 37.
Knate doesn't judge or condemn the poor, he helps them.
I always said to my man that if we won lotto I couldn't think of anything more fun than giving it away. You did it without winning, kudos to you and all the love bugs that help you ❣️❣️❣️
That guy's phone that was stolen or lost tracked right to where Knate walked to was the other guy's backpack. I used to be homeless and have a little bit of steeet smarts and I can almost guarantee it was in that guy's bag. That's just how it is there ain't no friends literally every other homeless person is out to get you and rob your stuff. 🤷🏼

As someone who has been dealing with homelessness off and on for almost 10 yrs this is why I don't stay in populated spots. I find a spot in the woods or somewhere i know im unlikely to get walked up on or not be at all. I don't won't to be an eyesore or treated as a piryah for just struggling like most haven't. And it helps prevent my stuff being stolen. If I can't do that I don't carry more than I need for a few days and make sure it looks normal to have it.

I find it sadly interesting how many of those knate helps seems to be in their right frame of mind. Certainly is different from the stereotype we are told are on the streets.

Thank you for doing what you're doing for these people. I'm doing everything possible not to become homeless. I used to help the homeless I would stay in my camper (don't have it anymore) to make sure these children had a roof over their head at the time I had money and I gave them a year of free rent it ended up really bad but then you got to realize the mental emotional state one goes through that goes through homelessness I told them they could stay at my house as long as they took care of it and if I did not have an emergency. I did end up with an emergency and had to move back and they ended up hating me and making me feel bad cuz I had to put them out It was awful.
Some people are so shady and addicted, god bless you knate you are a saint ❤

Wow, thank God for your help knate. The man with his leg off it must be terribly hard for him to keep it clean taken care of when he hasn’t got a home running water. He needs to be inside a least until his leg gets healed. The homeless people are unbelievable people always so grateful never greedy so appreciative. I always feel sad when I see people homeless they never complain. The other grey haired homeless man wouldn’t have asked for anything until you made him feel comfortable about it he then gave in to food. It is a wonderful service you are doing making them feel comfortable with you so that they are not afraid to ask for help. Thank you . I was wondering if you could set up a go fund me for the man who has only had his leg removed three weeks ago. He might get enough money to get a place they could all three live there to help him out until he’s healed. Thanks for caring, sharing your love.❤

I was married to an ASE master mechanic. Excellent at his craft. I called a tow truck several times because I broke down on the freeways of Seattle. He yelled over the waste of money. I just told him to work on the family vehicles and keep them running. And if I was stranded I would be calling a tow company.
