I just love seeing these reactions! Thank you. Interface #079 was a special fancy custom build, like Dirk said this one was $950ish, the current "standard" models are $1100.00 Not affordable still, I know. Glad you had fun checking it out!
I'm glad you gave this video a look. it was very cool to get something like this in my hands for a week. it was so light, I could barely feel it in my hand. but the grip was very comfortable. I must say I was impressed.
Also that’s a total user knife. I truly don’t consider this an ‘art’ knife at all. I’ve carried that one around Moab for a week off-roading using it for everything that week. When I took it Jayson (the maker) told me to use it and it anything happened he would fix it. It performed flawlessly. I have zero concerns of it’s strength or ability.
my concerns were not for it's durability or abilities, I would be afraid of losing it, or scratching the hell out of it. I guess it is down to my budget being in the under $50 range for folders, and under $150 for fixed. I got sticker shocked hard on this knife. but the things I did cut with it showed it was very well designed and made.
ok, sorry. I couldn't find anything on the #79 so I went with what looked closest, and the description seemed right. my bad. still a very high end item for these farm boy hands to hold.

Such a cool knife, and designed out of the traditional box !! What a awesome experience to check one out OTIP !! Thanks for the review man
thank you. I was amazed that Dirk sent me both of these knives. I would never have had this chance otherwise.

No no no this one #79 is only $950. My other one #80 was over $3k but that’s a full dress.
I think the current standard builds are $1100ish.

OTIP! Great to see another video! Interesting knife for sure.
thank you. I was very blessed to get this in hand, even for a week. it's so light, but feels very solid.
OTIP thanks for the video of a knife I can never afford! Good use for a $3300 knife. I would be afraid to touch it as well. Stay Sharp!
I could never afford it either. but there are some really good people ( Dirk being one) that let us see things outside our normal purview.
Well, I was hoping for some batoning footage😂 Shout out to Dirk!
Thanks OTIP and Douglas!
