Made a new video on the channel strictly about exhaust!
Very tasteful Stang for as many mods as you’ve done! Mine is a 2011 Performance White Premium MCOA Edition with all packages including the Electronics Pack (Sans the PP) … It had 129K miles in Spring of 2022 (currently 139k miles) and I bought it for $6000! MSRP on the window sticker is a hefty $33,000! 😳 … That’s in the Base GT neighborhood in 2011! I’m the lucky second owner! The only mods I’ve done are…
1. Koni Yellow Adjustable Dampers
2. Ford Racing Axle backs
3. I run 91 Octane fuel
That’s it! That’s all these little Pony cars need to really make this incognito GT come alive! She sounds great! Handles great! Performs great!!! I was challenging a late model BMW M4 last week on the freeway and he finally escaped using the carpool lane! I could literally buy 15 of my cars for what he has invested and don’t have to stress over door dings! 😂 The humble V6 Champ woke up after 3 tanks of the 91 Octane! The computer adjusts to the fuel so well I decided to skip any tunes! Truly the absolute best all around bang for the buck performance car in all of automotive History!!! (Performance hint … run the automatic transmission around town in the down hill mode. It blocks out 6th gear and downshifts quicker! These are GT transmissions built for 1000 horsepower! Bullet proof! Also, when cruising the highway in 6th gear practice hitting the downhill mode button while simultaneously flooring the accelerator as if passing someone. Combined with the 91 octane fuel you’d swear you have a turbo under the hood! A total blast! Talk about off the menu secrets!) The Ultimate Sleeper!
Awesome looking mustang V6👌🏼 man I have a 05 gt with American racing longtubes headers catted X-pipe and muffler deletes 3:73 gears a Hurst short throw shifter a Roush cold Air intake and Ford performance Hot Rod cams!
One of good friends has an 07 GT, he loves them! Sounds like a cool build you got! I also am considering getting 3.73’s are they good ?
@@Cam3.7 yep there great gears for street racing or at the track your gas mileage won't be great tho lol but overall there awesome gearing!
I currently have an all black 2012 3.7L 6 speed Premium Package and I love it. I've done a few things in the 2 years that ive owned it. Did a Roush axle back exhaust, 3.53 LSD, lowered it 2" & currently running an E-85 Flex Fuel tune. Freaking love the performance from it.
I have a 2012 also. First mod I did was replace the suspension. It was horrible. The v6 was not offered with sport suspension for that year I think. The car would bottom out massively. It was like a rental car suspension. It was a throwback to when the mustang v6 was NOT the performance car. The 300hp v6 is plenty of power, faster than many of the older mustangs. I have had several mustangs over the years. I did the Eibach Pro System Plus. Highly recommend. I cannot believe how hard and flat I can corner in the car. The only complaint is, the bushings squeek a bit, but I think I just cannot get the right lube as sometimes they are quiet for a year, then start squeeking. I think its the oil change places lubing them or not. The butt of the 2012 is WAY too high up there from the factory. I didnt exactly want the front dropped, but you sort of have to match them up. Massive difference. It really is an amazing performance car with that suspension. I did the entire thing, so its shocks, struts, rear springs, and the sway bars. You will feel all the bumps in the road, but you at least have a stable ride, especially at speed, where I would say that suspension was not even safe. Its a super confident handling car. I now debate getting the strut tower brace, but I hear the struts are pretty stout on the car, its probably worth a tick more stability especially with stiff suspension. I also have the 3.31 limited slip rear diff, which combined with the motor, it really gets going. It is a very nice sports car overall. I miss the v8 sound, but I have been really happy with the v6 and after 100k city miles, I have had zero mechanical issues with the car.

My guy, 93 Tune makes way more power. I reviewed several tunes on my channel and there is a huge difference between the 87 prx and the 93 prx tune. Also if you have the 2.73 gears then 3.73's make a huge difference, stick or auto. If I could do it all over again I'd only do the 93 tune and 3.73's, because everything else was "meh" and barely noticeable.

You should consider buying mine. I am selling it. I have a 2014 v6 premium with 90k miles. Garage kept its whole life (my dad bought it brand new) flawless car.

Hey Cam, I’ll add my comment about how all your great efforts on your mods for this video and your video itself were really cheapened by how dirty your black beauty is! Unfortunately, it was a continuous distraction for me. … Anyhow, I’m building a 2011 White Cyclone Auto Premium Mustang Club of America Stang … 1 of 187 built! … first serious mod I’ve done is investing in yellow Koni adjustables!!! Magically transformed the car! So enjoyable to drive! Can’t wait to get the MPT tune done next! Get a car cover and give that bad boy a bath! 😂👍🏽

All that $ into performance Mods, what are the 0-60 (5.1 Stock) and 1/4 (13.7 stock) times before and after? That's eliminates any B.S. Can you post the base line compared to now?
Your front rotors are installed wrong. The slots should point toward the rear of the car, like your rear rotors. You need to swap the left & right sides around.

Just got a 3.7 2014 what exactly would be the best thing about the tuning item I’m new into cars but sounds really important
Tuning will completely change how your car drives. You need a tune and a tuning device. I recommend a tune from MPT tuning and a SCT flash tuner. It will change shifting, along with giving you some extra horsepower and just a overall better experience.

Yes. The plate was around $80 USD of Americanmuscle.com and the tailights were around $300 USD from Americanmuscle.com

It was actually just the stock front splitter

how much was the whole cost of the new headers and exhaust system? Where should I go if I want to have someone put one on?
I took my car to a local racing shop, where they installed both the x pipe and headers at the same time for $300. The cost of the headers themselves was $599 and fhe xpipe was $450

Email tune from MPT tuning. You need an SCT x4 flash tuner as well.

No, it is on my planned mod list before I’m done with the car. I think 3.73 are the best and then 4.10

No, it was pretty simple luckily. The guide helps a lot
