    hello can you help? when i enroll fingerprint it automatically prompts enrollment timeout

    I add user but when I am going to select set privilege its showing nothing. Only ok and cancel are showing. Because of this I can not user in my device

      Dear Mohammad, good day. Probably its because the device is not well added on the crosschex, if the device is not added and synchronized with software, you will not be able to see it there.
