So I do have a question in regards to nail lamps. So the one I have is a SUN brand and it says it is UV/LED. So I'm a bit confused on what exactly that means? But I guess my question is, is how do you know how long to cure your products for? (not a time, because i know all lamps will differ on times and such.) But they say, for example 30 secs in LED or 1 minute in UV. Since you mentioned that article on lamps it reminded me of this question. Its very confusing to me. I don't understand how it is both. I generally over cure just to be for sure. But sometimes things need to be cured for an exact amount of time, for like chrome applications and such (again i know this will vary from lamp to lamp and you have to play with them to see). I don't think I have seen a video on your channel in regards to this topic. If you do have one, I apologize and will definitely go and watch it if you do. Do you think you could explain it to me or even make a video about lamps that say they are both UV/LED? I also understand that some products cure only in LED or UV and not both. So would i just assume that if the product says cure in LED then i would use the recommended LED cure time and vis-a-versa for a product that is cured under UV only? Hi . Mostly all lamps are UV/LED . I’ve never seen just an LED nail lamp. Im not a lamp expert however I do know that the LED aspect of it is emits safer rays than just UV and it’s stronger. As far as how long with a good lamp 60 seconds is good enough. I’ve never seen a lamp with an UV button option & a separate LED button option.
