    Thankyou Doctor for presenting the information in this video! You’ve outlined a protocol that I very much need to implement in order to improve my sleep! I do have arthritis & have been recently diagnosed with AS (Ankylosing Spondylitis) so, I do deal with pain & take pain meds.
    I’ve recently been learning about EMFs and ways to limit exposure, but still need to implement these changes.
    As I review everything you’ve recommended , I will definitely begin a new way to discipline myself & improve my sleep, which will positively impact my health!

    Very nice tips Yoni! How to reduce my peeing at night I can fill a bottle of wash softener next to my bed....it's amazing cause i also pee enough during the day. This is my disturbance during the night

      I would also love more info on this cuz I am dialing in all the things to help me sleep better but I still get up multiple times a night to go to the bathroom.

    Can you use an alarm clock or does that emit EMF?

      Great question, Max! If it's plugged into the wall socket, it putting out EMFs. If you must have it, keep it as far away from you as possible and be sure to cover up any lights and be sure to cover up any lights.

    Is tea with milk a meal?

      Good question, Lesley. It's not a meal but the milk does contain calories and it has protein, carbohydrates and fat (unless drinking fat free) that have to be broken down. However, milk also contains certain peptides that have been shown to relieve stress and enhance sleep. Try sleep with and without that milk + tea and compare your results.

    I'm really surprised at those temperatures for sleeping and yet you talk about staying cool. Not withstanding climate change and heat waves surely it's better to sleep in a Cooler room for normal adults. Using air conditioning and extra heating will exacerbate climate change and make things even worse. What about wearing extra nightwear and using a hot water bottle if you really need to stay warmer?

      You make a good point about extra blankets and hot water bottles. Both are a good options for people in cooler climates during fall/winter months.
