Fun to get a glimpse of all the activity, but I don't like seeing publishers still taking cash for games. Maybe this con will be one where no theft happens.
Many people prefer to pay cash at cons because it’s helps them better manage what they spend
@@blakekaveny Not that I've gone, but I'm not used to carrying a lot of cash around so I wouldn't use that method. But don't you feel sick when you hear about a publisher getting robbed? Some of these companies are quite small and their survival depends on selling enough copies at these conventions.

Don’t love that you did the dice tower awards there and didn’t do a live broadcast. Results are getting spoiled by companies announcing they won on instagram and places.
I really enjoyed finding out while watching in years past.
It was live on GenCon's Twitch channel.
They live-streamed it on the gencon twitch channel.

Idk a ton about distribution, but I find it garbage that there is no other way to buy IV Studio's games besides directly from them. Are they too small or do they just want to make as much profit per copy as they can?
They have every right to sell their own product? Holy shit you are morally flawed.
And selling to 3rd parties increases the games price..... That 3rd party wants money too. What do you think happens? Games price goes up for you.
