See, i love that Paldwa has such good Spanish rep! It's what i hope for both my Italian culture and my Midwest culture. (I've even made a crude design of a great lakes region map where i made the lakes land snd the surrounding land ocean.) Also, they originally said that characters like gym leaders, team star, and titans would change levels based on what order you did, BUT THEY DIDNT. Also as a pansexual genderfluid person i agree Rika is hot as fuck and i wish i looked more like her, she totally couldve been male or female or nonbinary or whatever and itd be believable.
I really do like the rep they added for Spanish culture I think what they added was really well done! Hoping you get the rep your culture too! An Italian themed region would be soooooo cool! And I could see it happening! Thats so cool you have your own ideas and stuff too for a region (swapping water and land for lakes is super cool! ) and yeah they should have made the characters level with you! I'm sure its more than doable 😅 And Rika, omg; she just gives gender euphoria all around, I literally l o v e her

I'll be real, i still never played S/V and I've heard mixed reviews because of the game mechanics and whatnot so i was debating on getting it which i still get some time, i just don't know when. You had me at the lore so I'll give it a try 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
I would say the game is worth it for characters and story alone, performance and some rather silly Pokémon aside, I do really think it was great and I'm just looking forward to seeing what they do with the series in the future!
I loved Scarlet & Violet! It added so much content to make the game stand out from others, the new Pokémon are mostly great, the characters are solid, I do appreciate the culture aspects they added into a region based on Spain, and the soundtrack slaps. The open world wasn’t that bad since exploring was pretty fun, but the sense of direction was very lacking, mostly in the herba mystica & Team Star storylines. It was pretty difficult to figure out where you were supposed to go next without a guide and you will end up at the wrong place at the wrong time & being underleveled which was very annoying. Plus you were pretty much free to just grind to your heart’s content before doing anything story related which could make the game piss easy. Aside from that and the frame rate dropping issues, I loved Scarlet & Violet. They’re one of my most played mainline Pokémon games to date.
Honestly me too though I sunk sooooo many hours into this game and it does keep pulling me back in, I think I need to really dive into the DLC and that will easily make these games push into my top 3 !
I definitely think the performance issues hinder it a lot, for me I think the characters and story really won me over and is why this game at least made top 5 for me! I do think it's one of the best mainline games we have gotten in some time from Pokémon which is great !

I think it is the best mainline Pokémob game yet, and I think that opinion would be much more popular if it wasn't for the performance issues
