Pelle was the first European goalie to win the Vezina and also the best Swedish goalie of all time. November 11 th every year I visit his grave in Stockholm.
pelle was awesome..I was an islander fan , but he was my favorite goalie..rip...this is an awesome pod....Mike is awesome
Listening to him talk about Pelle is heartbreaking. He will never be forgotten. They got Hextall at the right time. He was exactly what the Flyers needed after losing Lindbergh.

Enjoy these Mike Keenan stories. Yes you hear he was a tough coach during his day. However he explains his coaching style that the media overblows.
He had no coaching style, he treated stars like fucking pariahs this idiot shouldnt have been allowed to coach a mens league team.
Strange that he has all these ex-players who mostly have crap to say about him. Maybe it's not the media.
Maybe it's that Keenan's a liar (he still denies to this day that he had anything to do with Gretzky leaving), so I don't trust anything he says.
