Iris pigment epithelium (IPE) is always very dark brown even if the appearance of eye colour is blue, green, hazel, or brown. I think you mentioned: at 13.42 in the video, the posterior could be brown or blue, and that's wrong. It's always dark brown. The stroma is where the appearance difference is !!!!!!
