Calibrate one motor ESC at a time: Connect to battery and one ESC directly to receiver throttle and go through the calibration process. Always turn on your transmitter first and verify that the throttle is at minimum before connecting battery.
Can anyone help me? My quad is working almost fine, the only problem is that, if i let it completely levelled on the ground, and i turn the motors on, when i accelerate, all the 4 motors speeds up, but the REAR_L is always in a lower level compared to the other motors. I tried to click on the CALIB_ACC but the problem persisted. What i am doing wrong?

I'm new to multiwii. I bought a ZMR multiwii lite board. I only learned i need to upgrade the firmware. What is that device to connect to the PC?
if you search "usb to ftdi programmer" you should find them by that :)
