I've been watching your channel mate. I like you ...have been on KTM 4ts for years. Keen to get back on a 2t. Torn between a TPI or a Sherco. Enjoying your sherco videos mate...keep 'em coming 👍
@@glennaltschwager5234 cheers mate glad you like our stupid rides, lol 🤣 For me the Sherco was just so much better in every way over the KTM, I couldn't pass up ordering one. They must be doing something right, there's a 4 month wait for one in Australia. 👍
I would love to see Kyle get an Xtrainer, and ride it stock, and then do the AMP suspension mods, and put it in a contest that I then win. Hey, I'm about to retire into a toy hauler, so you have to have your dreams!
Just bought a Sherco 300 SEF Factory last week after talking to you and seeing your review and others. Absolutely love it. Ergos work well for me at 5' 10".
Hey David, I have the 2020. If you do technical, highly recommend going one or two teeth larger on the rear sprocket. Zero flame outs since doing it. I don't miss any one of my 300 2 strokes. It blows them away for my riding
2:35 the Ergos... For some reason in 2019 Sherco fitted a flat, straight 'Cafe racer' bend handle bar... I change mine out straight away on each new bike to the CR High bend which is what they had up to the end of 2018 and this seems perfect 👌 We got the point early in the video.... No need to mention it 3 or 4 more times 🙂 I've owned 2 of these and now a 21 300 2T, they are all great. I regularly swap with my ride buddies to let them try the bikes out and yes, you can feel subtle differences in them, but none of them are life altering.
Amazing bike , had 2017 300 sef made the swich to 300 se 2021 so glad love this shercos. P.s. cant wait for your review on the 2022/2021 se 300/250...come on man:)
I know what you mean about jumping from one bike to another... I get off my ktm, and onto my cousins 1991 RMX250 and it takes me a solid 10 minutes at least before I really start to gel with that bike.
I am 6’5” I hear ya on the lower back but I find the closer you can keep the pegs/bars together the smaller the bike feels. Which makes it easier to ride.
Hi kyle, I am living at Andong province South Korea. Keep up the goodwork. I have just started cross endure a week or so and I broke my ribs 2left 1right After that I was planning to go back to on road bike leaving off road I have been so scared steep uphill, downhill, obstacles on single trails to get hurt myself since I am a medical doctor know it very well how painful it would be. Watched your Top secret, I was almost got teared. Now I am wearing my boots for my KTM 250 2t for practice ,,,,,
So true, I'm a bigger rider(6', 240lbs w\o gear) I ride a 2016 Husky TE250 that's completely setup for me... A few weeks ago a bud gave me his brand new, completely stock GasGas EC250 to ride... Nice bike for sure, but it felt so foreign and odd too me, I felt I had to get off it... I bet a Sherco would be a whole other level of cramped and uncomfortable for me.
That thumbnail must be referencing a part of your vid, is it not. Take a second. Did you put pic of you in your thumbnail for clickbait that does not exist in your video. Not even close brother cummon. I ride like you, cautious. With the occasional screw it I'll do it.. What you showed is not at all what you advertised...
I am the owner of the bike, Kyle asked me for a picture of the bike and that was one of the better ones I had. So that is a picture of me practicing on a turn track down here in Texas. You can check my channel and find several videos from there.

Neither of those have any dealers in Utah. Sherco only has one Enduro dealer and 2 trials dealers. He doesn't hardly review any somewhat competition to ktm 2 strokes(husky tx/te300i,gasgas ec300,sherco se300,beta 300)
Hey Bill, sorry to butt in, I had both and she Sherco is on a whole different level. Much, much, lighter and turns in a dime. Also wheelbase feels shorter. Sold the Beta as I didn't need it. Still loved the Beta, Sherco made it replaceable.
@@TorqueDorque Thank you Bruce you are not butting in I appreciate all the constructive information I can get. I hope to get a chance to ride a Sherco 4 stroke soon. It does have to be street legal though. Do they make that? I now have a 2018 Beta 390 RRS. I live in the PRC Peoples Republic of California where comrade Newsom is cracking down on plating dirt bikes.🤬
@@Dontnegotiatewithterrorist sorry if even the recall is rigged. We are ALL with you down there. Oh the Sherco is not street legal off the show room. You would need a kit.
My new 2022 300 SE Factory is fricken sweet!!!! Been on 4 stroke KTM's for 20yrs, I'm so glad I made the change. 👍

Just to ask, cause you have so much experience. What is better in your opinion? Ktm 350 Exc F or Sherco 300 Sef Racing?

Lol, grandpa Kyle shaking sticks out there 🤣 we still love ya Kyle
Loving my 21 300 factory best bike ever
I'm telling you, it's an amazing bike. I raised the handlebars.
I put the ProTaper KTM/Suzuki factory bend bar on my Sherco. Best upgrade on the bike. Also put Fastway pegs which feel great.
Hunching over is a form issue. If you dial in your form on the bike it doesn't matter so much the reach to the bars.
For your next 125 you should get a sherco

Its opposite from me. Its less straining to ride a larger cockpit

my friend has a sherco 125 2021 but it has supermotowheels, what enduro wheel can he use ? i think ktm wheels cuz it has wp fork
How’s the flame outs? The 250 xcf was impossible to ride anywhere but Moto cross track
These Sherco 300 4 strokes have been on my radar for a while now. How do they compare to a Honda 250 RX in weight and power? Thanks
Can you do a review on the Gas Gas 125 and 300 to compare to a KTM since KTM bought gag gas
Did I see you in McCall on saturday?
Where are you riding?
Why don't you try the bikes people want you to try like the sherco 300 two stroke or a yz125x?
