Only Reason he can’t be is that he isn’t as prolific nor has done anything noteworthy since Exiting Blink.
He relies on double bass too much IMO. Travis playing older blink has an awesome flare but I still agree the sound of the band would have been sooo different if Scott did enema thru today.
Allot of people have no idea who Scott Raynor is. Travis Barker has been with Blink-182 the longest including all of Tom DeLong's side project's +44 , Box Car Racer , Angles & Airwaves after going back to Blink 182 for Mark Hoppus.

Holy shit Scott is fast
+Joe Lipski His drumming is basic
but adrenaline of a cheetah on crack.
Definitely, he's got a great style imo
Joe Lipski You may like Jordan Burns, drummer for strung out. Dude can drum circles around anyone, he's a fucking machine.
I'll be sure check him out
every death metal / grindcore/ power violence drummer is faster
The guitar riff at the chorus gives off serious NOFX energy.
I fucking wish blink still played and sounded like this :/

Bored to Death "Life is too short to last long"

So once again, prove it.
Jameson Jeffery Life is to short to belong doesn't make any sense..
life is to short to be long doesn't either but it makes more than "belong"..
this sounds like it could fit on dude ranch, great track.
More so Cheshire Cat I'd say.
Wrecked him fits in dude ranch
This sounds good for Cheshire cat
If this was on Cheshire Cat it'd be one of the best tracks on that album
just had a dream I was singing this with blink back when they were recording it.
I did that with Give Me One Good Reason XD

I love the fact that I’ve been jamming to Blink since 1997 and I’m still finding stuff I’ve never heard before from them. This is rad.
hugely underrated blink-182 track (along with the rest of their early catalogue) it's also another testament to the adequacy of scott raynor.
Ant Cosentino absolutely !

It wasn’t popular on demand since it was a early release with on 3 songs so label didn’t think it wasn’t worth it anyways
Rights issues since each of the songs appeared on numerous different compilations and Zulu was on the Japanese version of Cheshire Cat
