The thighs are brand new, and bulkier. The elbow pads tuck under the bicep as well. And the bicep swivels now. The black line is thinner on the forehead, and the shoulder pads are larger in size. Knee pads are free, wrists both bend vertically, and torso is an overlay now, plus the new head. So it’s almost all new.

Don't forget about the knee pads. They are not glued to the top of the knee anymore, so it looks tons better when bending the knees. Excellent review!
